We want you to love every piece you purchase from Nakie, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
